I Think Locations Have Influenced My Arts Practice!

I am a practicing artist with qualifications in ceramics from the National Art School, Sydney and a Visual Arts Degree from QUT, Brisbane.

After graduation I worked as a Communications Officer for the Queensland Government and have also worked for many years as a nurse, with qualifications as a registered nurse and midwife.

I have led art workshops and participated in exhibitions across North East Victoria, and am enthusiastic about natural dyeing, indigo dyeing, felting, cyanotype printing and zero waste clothing design.

I am mother to three beautiful adult daughters and I live in Benalla, where I enjoy playing fiddle with a local Irish music group, bushwalking and gardening. My studio is my happy place!
